I have a question... I have a reservation at Roncesvalles for May 11 but I've decided to walk on to Burgeutte. I'd like to gift the reservation to someone who needs it. Can I just give someone my reservation number who is waiting in line before I walk on? Thanks.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
@Quinranda: I don't think so. Your reservation is on your name, and the person whom you give it will have to show his/her passport. If you stay with this person during the check-in you can show your passport and explain what you want to do; then it will be no problem, but if you walk on it can be a problem. Why not cancel your reservation and give the money to someone?

Reservations are on your name, and the person whom you give your reservation has to show his/her passport. It will only work if you stay with this person during the check-in, show your passport and tell the lady (or hospitalero) who is in charge that you give your reservated bed to this person.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
