I just heard it from Korean pilgrims in Santiago.
Two Spanish man (with white car) stopped pilrims at the entrance of Melide and insisted to inspect rucksacks for searching Chinese drug dealers. They even showed their id card (forgery).
They returned every thing ecept cash after searching. Pilgrims realized it later.
It looks like their main target is Asian pilgrims. They didn't wear uniform though.
5 Korean pilgrims have been robbed these weeks. I'm not sure if they reported it to Police.
