In an interview with Flight International, Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary states that Ryanair plans transatlantic flights towards the end of the decade, with fares from €10/$12 :lol:

Zoom already offers a NY to Gatwick for $275, starting in June 2007.

don't be fooled by the low headline fare - there'll be airport taxes as well plus the usual array of ryanair extras (paying by debit or credit card, priority boarding, check-in baggage)
