ST JAMES’ FEAST DAY ON 23 JULY in KZN

All pilgrims who have walked the Camino or are about to walk it for the first time are invited to the annual KZN celebration of St James’ Feast day on Sunday 23 July at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Old Main Road, Kloof at 09h30 - join us for a 3 km mini-Camino following the yellow arrows. This will be followed by a pilgrim service (if you are walking, bring your backpack for a special blessing.) 2 pilgrims are giving a presentation of their walks on the Camino Frances and the Coastal Portuguese routes. Lunch is bring and share, tapas-style so please bring a plate of eats or snacks or something for postre (desert). There is a donation of R20 per person to cover the costs of cleaning the hall and a donation to Our Lady of Mercy Church. - so we will have a retiring collection after the Blessings.
