I was wanting to know if you could help me with my camino for december. I am going to fly to santiago and make my way back to Valenca do Minh. I was wanting to know if there is public transportation in that direction? I have not found a bus or a train schedule that describes this route from santiago to valenca. I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Shawn

Hi, Shawn,
Another possibility would be to check out how to get by bus from Santiago to Tui. Tui is in Spain, right across the river from Valenca (about a 10 minute walk). As I recall, there is no albergue in Valenca anyway, and Tuiºs is very nice. So you might want to go to Tui, check into teh albergue, and walk across the bridge to explore Valenca a bit. Itºs got an old fort and about three million shops selling textiles (I think the Spaniards go there to get a deal, but I could be wrong about that). Laurie
