Sefekeep of important docs?

Hi,
I will be flying in to Barcelona where I will have to deal with important paperwork before embarking on the Camino and then I will fly out of spain. What can I do to safe keep the paperwork in Barcelona for 5 weeks?
OR-- Is it possible to safely ship it to Santiago de Compostela where it will safely kept until I get there? That way I can find cheaper plain tickets back home..
