selling bikes after the pilgrimage

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
Have you thought about renting bikes there so that you don't have to worry about the expense of taking a bike with you and then having to sell it? There is info on bike hire places on the forum. :)

When we finished the Pilgrimage in May of 2006, we thought about selling the bikes and put a notice at the pilrim's office in Santiago. We had an offer, but decided to take the bikes back with us. Our flights were on KLM, which did not charge extra for the bicycle as long as we just had one bag each. One of the bikes will go to Le Puy when we do the Camino again next year.

Ivan. I believe I can rent two bikes through you between Burgos and Leon. Can you let me know if this is possible? I plan to arrive in Burgos on 11 May and start cycling the next day. Thanks
Plan to cycle between Burgos and Leon over three or four days. Are there any interesting detours between these two cities that would take up a 4th day?
