Sending luggage to Pamplona

This is my first post. I've learned so much from this forum already. I see there are lots of options for getting your excess luggage to Santiago but haven't found much on getting it to any other location.

My husband and I will be walking the camino from SJPP to Pamplona in July of this year. We are wanting to get our feet wet and try the camino out before committing to do the entire walk. My question is, we have another week and a half of vacation after our 4 day walk to Pamplona and we do not want to carry all that excess weight around. Any suggestions on what to do? Should we post it to Pamplona, try to leave it in the bus station lockers in Pamplona? We are booked to stay at Maisonnave Hotel in Pamplona and I'm sure normally they would be able to accomadate us dropping off luggage ahead of checking in but our stay is during San Fermin and I'm afraid they won't be able to help us out.

Any help or suggestions are very much appreciated!

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
I assume that you are going to Pamplona before SJPP. The simplest way to store your luggage will be in your hotel; ask them beforehand.
Since it will be San Fermín (and nothing works normally), another option will be the bus terminal; look for the “consignas” in 2nd floor.
The info is here (only in Spanish). Basically: usually they have automatic boxes, but –again- during “Sanfermines” it is a “manual” service –that is, some store room, where the parcels are handled by employees. Price, 5 euros per day.

Hi, You could send on your luggage each day to your next accommodation?
I will be travelling that way the end of may & have decided t on Day One: To send on my backpack ahead from St J PdeP to Roncesvalles and on Day Two send it ahead from Roncesvalles to Pamplona. These first two days will be difficult enough without carrying a backpack.
Cheers, Ros.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
You dont say where you will be BEFORE starting in SJPP. If it is any where in Spain and not too big, you can post it to the post Office in Pamplona.
