Is it possible to ship such a bag to the Poste Restante (Lista de Correos) in Salamanca, even though it will take us more two weeks to go there? If not, is it possible to ship it to the albergue in Salamanca? to a hotel?

Thanks for your help.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

As far as I know, the post office will hold it for 14 days (it was 30 days in the Santiago post office last year, due to the Holy year... but this is now back to "normal"... 14 days).

Buen Camino!

Thank you, Ivar :) I am also suggested to send the bag directly to the hotel (after having made sure the hotel will keep the bag for four-five weeks). Can you recommend a nice hotel for pilgrims in Salamanca?
Thank you in advance,
claire

Usually it does not cost anything to reserve a room. I use this site all the time when traveling and find them reliable.
