Dear Pilgrims,

Future Educational Films, Inc., a non-profit film company, is making a documentary film about the pilgrim experience. We will be in St. Jean de Port on April 21 and plan to follow approx. 5-6 pilgrims on their journey to Santiago. It is our intention to capture the multiple layers of the journey, the development of an inner and outer way and the sense of belonging that the Camino affords. We are looking for pilgrims of various ages, nationalities and who are braving the Camino for a variety of reasons. Our program will air nationally throughout the United States and may broadcast internationally as well. If you would like to participate in our documentary, please email theresatollini@gmail.com Buen Camino!

I really wish that I could have participated in your documentary! I will be beginning the Camino at the end of May. I hiked it last year, but had so much fun that I'm doing it again.

Make sure you send your doc to the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival in Missoula, Montana. That's where I'm from and I look forward to this event every year. Buena suerte!

Buen Camino,
Kelly

P.S. If you need help with translation, let me know. I teach Spanish here in Montana.

Yes, please keep us informed about your film. There is precious little information about the Camino in the US. I have walked it twice, and plan to do another route this summer, but will be there later than you. I too, teach in a Jesuit high school and many of my students are fascinated by the Camino de Santiago. I would be very interested to know when your film is available.
Buen Camino,
