Hi. I’m thinking of leaving the town before sunrise next week when I start my trip for Roncesvalles.
I was wondering if you folks on the forum would have an idea about what time the bakeries open in the town? I’m staying on rue de citedelle and was hoping there is one open there or on rue de espagne??

6 a.m. open, closed Tuesday

That is probably typical for any others, though they may be closed Sunday and Monday.

I did a quick search on Google "Boulangeries St Jean Pied de Port". Quicker even than typing a question on the forum...
