For once you can enjoy the real winter all the way in Santiago . It has also been snowing more than in years in Finland this winter. Lately the winters have been warmer but now there's lots and lots of that white stuff everywhere...Seems pretty though those streets in Santiago covered with snow but do you use specific winter tires like in Skandinavia (I guess not)? Or do you use those chains that I saw on the front tires of one car on video 1/2? Best wishes from Finland!
