donjohannes...thank you for sharing your thoughts, suggestions and insight into the wonderful world of pilgrimage. I believe you have a great God given gift of taking the everyday reality of so many folks that are inspired, motivated or led to do a pilgrimage and, through straightforward, sometimes tongue in cheek, written coloration keep the reader mining for more. Such an epiphany moment is a jewel to possess.

I am doubly sure your homily is captivating as you weave the readings of Scripture into the fabric of the past and germane to the present.
