Hi there,

I just returned from walking from Leon to Santiago with my friends Ann and Tiffany. You may have seen our bright orange Sole Mates' shirts (some just called us "The Canadians") and if you did, please let us know. We are trying to gather all of the names of the wonderful people we met. Just read a post where someone commented about the fact that most days we do not remember names but the experience that we had with those we have met. So many countries, so many walks of life and yet, we were all united by living a simple one that comprised of getting up and follow a yellow arrow, find some coffee before the first 5kms kicked in, and savour the day through smells, sounds, nature, joy, pain, and love.

So if you met us, please drop me a line with your name and what you remember about us :)

For those of you about to embark on your own Camino - take pictures!!! Loads and loads of them (I have a selfie collection with some incredible number of pilgrims).

Buen Camino!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
