Start camino in Arcos or Barcelos for detour to Braga? Taxi to Arcos?

Will be doing Portuguese Central Way starting Oct 19, 2018
Hello, I am doing my first camino in October. And though I am on a budget, I am not penny pinching this trip.

I've been to Porto and will stay the night and the next day I am deciding one of two ideas:
-Take a taxi (or bus to villa do condo and then taxi to a Quinta in Arco) to Arco, stay the night, walk to Barcelos and spend 2 nights there to day trip to Braga.
(Does anyone know the approximate taxi costs from Porto to Arco?)

OR

-Take a train from Porto to Braga, spend the night there, then train to Barcelos the next day, spend the night in Barcelos and start walking from there.

After everything I've read it seems like walking from Porto to Arco is a nightmare. I don't really have interest in concrete jungles.
The cheaper option and less transit costs is to spend the night in Braga.

My question is - what do you recommend? Do you feel Arco to Barcelos is a walking experience that must be had? My intuition is guiding me to Arcos to walk as much as possible but yet its a bit more stressful and $ of taxi + RT train/bus to Braga, rather than a one way train to Brag and 1 way train to Barcelos.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
