Starting from Leon on Monday...?

I am starting on Monday 29 July from Leon but I am so seeing if I should postpone my trip due to the unfortunate event of the train crash. Does the trail get affected by the 7 days of mourning? I am coming all the way from the western US and its my first camino! Any help would be so helpful. Thanks!!

An accident in Santiago, no matter how serious, should not be a cause for closing the camino or refraining from walking on it. Life continues on.
