I've received several PMs asking about how to break the Invierno up into shorter stages. I've taken a stab at that, and I attach a document here that gives some suggestions. If anyone has done shorter stages, it'd be really helpful to add suggestions here or just PM me and I'll edit the document.
The Camino de Invierno is beautiful, but I think some people are put off by the long stages that seem inevitable because of spacing of accommodation. With a little creativity, including some drop-off and pick-up days, you can eliminate those 30+ km days.
