Suggestions for a two week Camino

Time of past OR future Camino
Camino Frances 2014
Camino Frances 2016
Camino Frances 2018
I've walked the CF twice. In late August, 2018, I am planning on accompanying a group (10-15) for +/- two weeks. Other than the CF, I would appreciate suggestions of other routes, perhaps better suited for this time frame. I'd like to try to have the group finish in Finisterre. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
I would consider walking the Inglés from Ferrol to Santiago and then on to Finisterre through Muxia. Can be done in 9-10 days plus travel time getting to Ferrol to start and back from Finisterre at the end.

The Primitivo . . . some climbing, lovely nature and mountains, lots of farmland and great fellow camineiros

Join our full-service guided tour and let us convert you into a Pampered Pilgrim!
Ponferrada to Santiago is about 218 km, or nine to ten days of walking. That would leave you four days for Santiago and walking to Fisterra.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

August 2018 long time away to start planning!! Sarria to finnesterra via Santiago or Tui on portagese to Santiago and on to finnesterra and muxia

Bill, you will be aware that accommodating a group of ten- fifteen pilgrims will be a challenge for most of the accommodation between Santiago and Fisterra / Muxia. If your group need their spontaneity well structured then that is the part of their journey they are going to need most support on. That said a group of that size is going to be a challenge almost anywhere without pre-booking. Suppose you could always split them into patrols and agree an RV every couple of days ;)

Sarria to Santiago is going to provide the 'easy' bit. There is a wealth of accommodation of all types and standards. The walk out to the 'End' will produce a few challenges: Negreira has maybe 70 Albergue beds plus a couple of small hotels; Olveiroa fewer (60?) and not a lot on the sides. Between Cee and Fisterra there are plenty of beds but not many places you'll all get to stay neighbours.

Having posted my gloomy-puss thoughts I wish you happy planning and Buen Camino

Tagging on to this thread because it has appropriate title.

I'm looking for a good fit for a two week restart solo Camino (of course, when it is covid appropriate, and probably off season). I have walked many routes over the last 10 years, Frances, Primitivo, Invierno, VDLP, Portuguese inland ...

So, my parameters, because I am a little fussy, are:
- no repeats,
- lots of towns,
- hotel, hostal, casa type accommodations,
- some but not too many peregrinos,
- warm dry weather (well you know, why not)
- can start and finish anywhere

Told you I was fussy,
Many thanks,
Eric
