I will be starting the Camino Monday, August 7th from SJPdP. I am planning on shipping some of my belongings to be stored in Santiago, but is the post office open on Sundays?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Two things, if you ship stuff from France to Spain it will be much more expensive than if you ship it nationally (inside Spain), second, yes, post offices are usually closed on Sundays in France, see https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/...reau-detail/saint-jean-pied-de-port-bp/12125A Third, if shipping internationally make sure to label your parcel correctly (something like personal belongings, no value etc, ask @ivar for exact advice). I vaguely remember to see posters advertising transporting pilgrims luggage directly from SJPdP to Santiago, perhaps somebody else can chime in on that one?

No. Everything is closed at the slightest excuse of a holiday including Sundays.
