From time to time someone wishes here for a slice of what is also sometimes called Spanish or Galician Almond Cake, and today I received a new recipe from a Spanish (in English) foody blog/newsletter. This is a proper one, since it includes the distinctive, Cross of Saint James. It looks easy, and it also includes liquor, for which you can substitute almond extract.
