Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Thanks all. Next one? Now we know there is no need for further treatment I am off to Austria on Thursday to stay with a friend I met near Santiago last summer. Looks like we will be planning the Portugese over the weekend.

Hope you have a grand time of it and a lot of very well deserved enjoyment, Al. You certainly have all our good wishes!
OK, yes...we all know about how 'the best laid schemes of mice and men often go awry'...but it's a fun process anyway.

mmmh.... Mice! There's an idea. Now I wonder if they can be trained to carry a backpack? How many would you need if they could? Would it be advisable to harness them together like huskies?

How many would you need? You could start with 2 and by the time you got to, say Burgos, you'd have ten or so, and by the time you got to Leon you'd have.....

And by the time you get to Santiago you'd better be the Pied Piper.
Time for that kilt, Al?o_O (Better check that other thread if so...)
