I uploaded some photos, for my local rambling club, of the Portuguese Coastal route that we did in September last year. Thought you may be interested. If you have ever wondered what it might be like to do a camino with a group, these photos may give you some idea . . . . . not for everyone! . . . . you have been warned . . . . https://flic.kr/s/aHsmEbKyyk . . . . don’t shoot me, I’m just the messenger . . . . 😧

Love the photos! Everyone looks like they are having such a great time. I admire you for taking these groups. I've led groups on mission trips, and I know coordinating groups is like herding cats. 😄 Well done! 👍

Jill, the photos look wonderful! Everyone looks so happy! No, I will not shoot the messenger, but say you are practically a saint, to organize such a walk for so many! "Good on you"...as they say!

Hi Jill @jsalt
Great mix of photos. The link made it so quick and easy to view .
I agree with above post. You really are a saint organising such a big group.
One query about the photos ... was the sky often ‘smoky, or foggy or something else.
I don’t recall gloomy skies when I walked it. Not that any of you look like you’re suffering. Just wondered about the conditions when you walked sept 18.
Buen camino

Hi Annie, we walked the first few days in a thick sea mist, which was a bit eerie. We walked right past the ugly Petrogal Oil Refinery and couldn’t see it, so nobody even knew it was there. The thick mist also deadened the noise it was making.

Lots of very familiar-looking places! Thank you for sharing your wonderful group fun! Makes me hopeful for my Camino this fall with a group of 5! I suppose it can be done well!
