Yes. The Piemont Route is now on the Camino Planner at Godesalco.com! It is also one of the routes available in the Camino Maps page. This way you can get an elevation profile for the section you want to walk between Carcassone and Roncesvalles. You can download a Google Earth file too, and some other files pertaining to your pilgrimage through this route.
