Yes, I can read it. How sad -- this article is about the fact that the Two Marias, such an iconic part of Santiago, are buried in tombs that are in disgraceful condition. The article points to the irony that the people of Santiago came together to fund a house for them when their house was destroyed by torrential rains, yet no one is willing to spend a dime to fund their resting place.
