Came in on the very early morning of St James day. Tired and happy. Here is my top tips;

Early mornings and half the days stage by 11-1200 for lower second part paces

Protect your head from heatstroke with something you can drown in a fuente

Book ahead if possible or at least call to check availability for non reserve places.

Sufficient water and/or electrolytes as second bladder weighs nothing.

Carry anti inflammatory dexketoprofeno gel/tablets for yourself and caminandes

Go light as low weight will make you have more range if needed/emergency

Eating good and resting even better will make restitution a dream.

Engage and care for those on path that just need a tiny bit more positive energy.

Washable dark coulered face mask ready on your wrist at all times you’re not alone
