ThanksRan across a few that might meet your criteria - don't know the alphabet soup. León had a Latin mass at a small church off the plaza mayor. Samos had services in Latin - can't recall if it was vespers or a mass. Latin mass in villafranca del bierzo in the evening. Easter mass in Logroño was all Spanish. Mass in Galicia was also Spanish.
Met a pilgrim who was investigating these things otherwise wouldn't have a clue.
We weren't necessarily looking for Latin Masses, but we did run across a morning Mass in Latin at the Cathedral in Pamplona (if I recall correctly, it was 10:00am). I'm not sure if that was a regular occurance or something special because we happened to be there on the Feast of the Assumption. There was a recent thread on this. What you're looking for is apparently only available in Pamplona along the Camino. In comparison with France, Latin masses are very rare in Spain.
