Thank you. Seems according to the Alsa website, that there is no train to Tui, but I found the train website

As mentioned in my earlier post the ALSA web is for buses and the RENFE for trains. Tuy is also spelled Tuy.

I never found bus service from Vigo to Tui. ALSA from Santiago stopped at Vigo, which is when I noticed I could have taken the Renfe train. I may have missed something, such as a local bus. Vigo and Tuy are not far apart.
On the Renfe website I found the train and can do a booking online

ATSA (not ALSA) provides several buses daily between Tui and Vigo. ATSA does not have a website.
