Yes, there are buses and trains that connect many places along the Camino - not all, but quite a few. There are also plenty of taxis for shorter trips.
The bus service is ALSA: www.alsa.es

On Google Maps, click on any bus stop symbol and you will get the route and schedule. It is better than trying to find the obscure places ALSA or other bus site.
The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
