Transportation between Finisterre/Muxia to Porto?

Hello--I'm planning to sojourn from SDC to F/M and wondering if I'll have a better shot of finding transportation back to Porto in F or M. Train or bus options?

You have to go back to Santiago to catch buses and trains to Porto.

There is more frequent service from Fisterra than Muxia.
