Yes, but it is a bit convoluted. Triacastela is not an easy place to get to on a bus. Since it is one day from Sarria, you may want to start there instead.

ALSA bus or Renfe train to Ponferrada.

ALSA bus from Ponferrada to Piedrafita do Cebreiro.

Empresa Monforte (Monbus) bus from Pedrafita do Cebreiro (note difference in spelling) to Sarria via Triacastela ... once daily in the morning except Sunday. It goes from Sarria to Pedrafita in the evening.

Or

Renfe train from Madrid to Sarria.

Empresa Monforte (Monbus) from Sarria to Triacastela.
