Traveling from Bilbao to Saint Jean Pied de Port with bikes

Can anyone please advise of the best way to travel from Bilbao to Saint Jean Pied de Port with bikes in boxes.

Take airport bus to bus station in town,then bus to Hendaye,train to Bayonne,then train on to S.J.P.P.Not as bad as it sounds.I think that you can get from airport to San Sebastian but I dont know much about it,ask at the airport
