Hi I'm wanting to meet some friends in belorado what would be the best airport to fly into ? Then train or bus to belorado. Looked at flights to burgos but not many options from UK.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
There are no flights from the UK to Burgos. Probably the easiest way is to fly to Madrid, (easyJet from Gatwick, Bristol etc ) then coach from Terminal 4 at Madrid (free shuttle bus from all other terminals) to Burgos and then bus to Belorado. Doable in a day, depending on where you are in the UK

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Check Rome2Rio.com Best website for figuring out this kind of thing!

So buses leave Madrid airport for Burgos

Yes if you look on the ALSA website (coach company, owned by National Express, as it happens) you will see that 9 coaches leave Terminal 4 every day to Burgos, journey time 2h 30m, fare if booked now €19.01 or you can buy a ticket from a machine at T4 by the coach stop.

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
