Unvaccinated Americans Hiking Portuguese Camino Into Spain

I'm an unvaccinated American planning to hike the Portuguese Camino Fall 2023. Portugal allows entry for the unvaccinated who test negative one day prior to boarding the plane for Portugal. Spain, however, does not allow unvaccinated Americans to fly into Spain. But what about hiking into Spain via Portugal? Have you (unvaccinated) or anyone (unvaccinated) you know hiked into Spain from Portugal? Any problems regarding lodging, restaruants, public transportation or return flights from Spanish airports?
I asked this same question at American Pilgrims on the Camino FB page but the adminstrator deleted it.

I’m going to lock this thread, because my interpretation is that the OP is asking for help figuring out how to avoid Spain’s clear vaccine requirements. Whatever you think about the requirements, the forum is not the place for people to scheme about how to evade them.
