Wow, this is a fabulous resource. All I could find out about the author is that it is a “nonprofit organization.” @lindam, do you know what group it is? They should take some credit for this elaborate and extensive guide!
I am sorry that I am unable to give any further credit to those responsible for putting together this very detailed guide. I did notice an email on the introductory page where it is possible to submit corrections and updates: laviadelaplataelcamino@gmail.com. However, it really does not provide any further clues in terms of who worked to gather all the details.
