Greetings and salutations from Melbourne..Currently 40 degrees..42 tomorrow.
Will be back on my favourite camino early june. Will start from Granada and walk to Meerida then train back to Sevilla then onto SDC..thats the plan.
Still reminisce about my first camino in 2006 where it was pretty much just me.. subsequent years were not so pleasant but i'll be back in June. Anyone else going that time?

If some miracles come to fruition, I'll be on VDP in June: Sevilla-SDC.

Buen camino.

As you know, will be hot then.
Take extra water.
Good luck.

Biking VDLP starting first week of April.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
I’m starting at the beginning of February from Seville, and plan to walk as far as Merida this time. The temperatures are looking good, obviously not hot yet, around 20 degrees but the mornings will be cold to start. I have a question to those who have walked the VdlP in winter: Would you recommend taking gaiters? Can I expect a lot of stream crossings or mud in February? Thanks for any info!

I plan to start from Seville on June 21 to Santiago, not sure if I will run into you. I assume during this time, it will be a very quiet road.
