I would call it Vigo route . It's not in Portugal anymore. But as long we have signs I don't care about the name.
Some walk around the town. Check the map for options.

What you don't see is the "litoral" variant of Vigo, winding always near the coastline. AFAIK almost no signs.

The Senda Litoral, It's in the Brierley Portuguese Camino guide, lovely route if you get the nice weather. I had Atlantic gales !
I didn't see much waymarking, but I was using GPS so no problem
