Volunteering in Santiago de Compostela homeless soup kitchen

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Hi, does anybody know is there is a homeless shelter at the city and if one can volunteer for a few hours or make donation? Thank you.

Blessing

Yes Caritas has.

And I believe a religious order also has a kind of soupkitchen ( apart from the Caritas group ) but will have to do more research.

I think it is a brilliant idea!!

Buen Camino y Muchas Gracias in the name of those that have less than we have have, SY

PS Very occasionally somebody knocks at my door, asking for food, and I share what I have in the house. But that is just a drop on the hot stone as they say in my country ...

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
