Vueling accepts bikes

With the arrival of yet another Low Cost airline to Santiago, things are looking quite good for pilgrims looking for a cheap ticket home. We have talked about the fact that it is problematic transporting bikes on RyanAir flights (for those pilgrims biking), so I was curious to see what policy Vueling has on this issue.

From their FAQ’s:

Are bicycles or golf clubs allowed?
Yes. Bicycles and golf clubs are free as long as they do not exceed the total weight allowed for baggage, which is 20 kilos.

This might be something to think about for pilgrims with bikes. That is, if you live close to any of their destination cities of course.
