During this difficult time my Camino family from across the world is reuniting to walk a virtual camino. Everyday, we will combine our daily distances to see where are get. We might even get to stay in new towns (I've walked many times so have stayed in most towns.) Everyday everyone will send me their distances, pictures from the section of the camino we are walking as well as a video clip of their current walk. I will put them together in a short video to inspire us. This experience will get us out in the fresh air, give us some exercise, provide social interaction and joy as we look through our Camino photos. I get the added bonus of learning to use iMovie. I am considering making a donation to each albergue where"we stay." Get your family together and join us! If we want to watch my short, very amateur attempt at our first video arriving in SJPdP before we start the walking tomorrow, you can find it on Youtube

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

The logical thing for me to do is bring a Kindle, but TBH I like books, and for me leaving electronic gubbins behind while I do the Camino, appeals. I am thinking of taking one book on The...
