In 2015 Tom Turcich from NJ, USA set out to walk the world. His journey with his dog is recounted in this reportage by Ann Babe. What he once expected to be a continuous five-year journey will be a piecemeal seven-year one.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Beautiful piece, thank you @mspath.

This walk is the meseta multiplied to infinity, and it's clearly taken him places:
“What is man to build his life on?” I would think. He can work until his fingers bleed, construct great statues, and rage against the Gods, but in the end he is still dissolved to nothingnessa grain of salt in the universal ocean. He wants success. He wants fame. He wants to be handsome or beautiful. He wants to live in a penthouse and wants everyone to know it. All those things are means to an end. Man wants them because he believes they will make him happy, but in and of themselves they mean little. Secure enough wealth to live, then direct your efforts towards helping others. To be happy and to make others happy is the end.

We may only walk 100km, or 800, or 1200...but it takes us places, too. We have much to be grateful for.
