Many thanks to those who have reviewed it, on the UK and US Amazon sites.

Many apologies to 'early adopters' for the typos in the first edition. I was so excited to write it all down and get it out there while there was still a buzz from the Camino, and I was too impatient to wait for someone else to do the boring job of proof reading it. Doing your own proof-reading doesn't really work. The corrected version is now available, on Kindle and in paperback. No changes to the narrative, I'm very happy with that, just corrections to typos.
