I walked from Moissac to sort of limber up for the Napoleon Pass - I LOVED walking in France (I love France anyway) - the terrain is soft and green and undulating and beautiful, and southern France is so civilised, so friendly, so welcoming, so polite, so, so, well, French! And here is the thing, walking from Moissac you get to go through Condom (communal refugio there is brilliant!) and that is the world's most perfect town from which to send postcards home!
Terrible thing to say, but I so wish that Santiago was in St Jean so that ALL the routes were through France ... I would never stop :|
