Is there a place/space to dry clothes in Orisson? In all the pictures I've seen of the albergue, I haven't seen a clothesline.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

I did my hand washing there in designated basins and hung it on washing lines somewhere, tho I can't remember where.
Hand washing at Orisson is often the first instance of something that will become a habit.

Hi, you have to hang your clothes at the back of the albergue. For the rest you will have a great time at the albergue Orisson.
Wish you well and a Buen Camino, Peter.

Out back where the tents are located. Don't forget to make a reservation ! You will thoroughly enjoy your stay. Jean Jacques is a wonderful host. Don't forget to try the Pate (his secret recipe).

One of my favourite memories of our first Camino. We knew nothing of what to expect (we had not found this forum or any guide book) and we lucked into a space at Orisson. In fact, because of a pilgrim not showing up, we got upgraded from "we have a old tent for you" that we learned about at the pilgrims' office in SJPdP to "if you want the private room, you can have it at 3:00pm if no one shows up." It was a cold rainy day on the mountain and everyone's gear was getting a rinsing all night long while our gear was hung on a line which criss-crossed over our bed in the tiny private room. Every time we rolled over, we pulled some piece of damp laundry down on us. The next morning, our clothes were slightly drier than the bedsheet but not nearly as soaked as everyone else's outside. We counted our blessings and moved on the Roncevalles.

In addition to two clotheslines out behind the main building there is also one in front of the room under the terrace. And there is a laundry room - new this year - with a washer and dryer. It's next to the new 10-bed dorm room which brought their capacity to 40.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
