weather along camino

I figure that with the weather being rather wacky this year, I'm wondering what the weather is like and what the predictions are for sept-oct. I know that Galicia is always unpredictable...very much like my home.

When I walked in September and beginning of October we had three days of torrential rain - then no rain for three weeks and then a few odd sprinkles in October.

At the moment, a peregrino is hiking sections of the jakobsweg. in Switzerland and Austria.

This is what he posted on a forum this morning:

I can tell you that it rained for for the past 3 to 4 days, sometimes heavy and this morning I awoke to see snow at about 1,000 to 1,500 meters. It has been a tough few days. The weather pattern was centered on the eastern parts of Switzerland and western regions (Tirol) of Austria.

Looks like it could be unpredicatble again!
