After following pilgrims' tribulations with recent rainy weather in northern Portugal, I thought it might be useful to give the link for the Portuguese weather service. They post in English as well as Portuguese, and we've found them pretty reliable.
This is a complex site, their service is the equivalent of NOAA in the US or Environment Canada here in Canada.
Try this, for a one-week forecast. You need to choose your district (for those walking north of Porto, it would typically be Porto or Viana do Castelo)...and then choose your nearest town. The example linked to is Valença, just south of Tui in Spain.
(Sadly, it looks like rain...)
Helpful in light of recent discussion about sunglasses/brightness, it also gives the UV index.
