For new members to this forum who might not be aware of them, there are webcams along the way and if you know where they are, you can arrange a place and time to wave to your family, friends and loved ones back home.
I visited a few web cameras this morning. The bay at Ferrol looks cold and grey - as does A Coruna and Lugo. The Cabo Fisterra webcam is out of order - and so is the one at O'Cebreiro (but that one seems to be permanently off.)
In Santiago I visited the Praza das Praterías where people are setting up their mobile stalls already.
The Praza do Obradoiro looks quiet and rather deserted.
And for the first time in a long while I was able to see inside central nave the cathedral including people in the first rows of seats.
