I have just walked the Camino.

Already I feel as though I've learnt some significant things from the walk. Some life changing things. And I'm sure there will be more that filters through over the coming weeks, months, and years.

If you want to read my thoughts on it, here they are:

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

I really enjoyed your blog and I am surely going to miss it. The way you put your feelings into words made so much sense to me. Thanks and may your Camino continue for years to come. Greetings from a wintery Cape Town.

Hi Bill - Huge thanks from me too for your wonderful and insightful blog. The photos and your narrative take the breath away. I've really enjoyed reading everyone's comments when the daily updates came through too.
'Can't wait for the 'gnarly' warning to come up in a future Camino guide!
The future? Janet Leitch, OAM (SA), Chairperson of the Australian Friends of the Camino reinforces what you've said about every day being a pilgrimage in her 2013 message to members in the April newsletter. Janet said "The Camino doesn't end when we arrive at the Cathedral. It continues when we arrive home, seeing a once familiar world through 'Camino eyes', in some cases leading to radical changes and in others a gentle reinforcement of the path we were on. Whether you are reflecting on a past Camino, or planning a future one, I trust the year goes well for you, and that you continue to see the world through 'Camino eyes'." How true her wise words are and I am sure that all of us who've enjoyed your blog so much will wish this for you.
Cheers - JennyH94
