What's out...there

Did you remember your innocence and developed a sensitivity for it?

Where is that dawning now that upon your return to familiar shore...is not warming your back.
Upon finding that that road narrowing to infinity...is actually coming toward you and opening like arms to welcome you

Were you able to forget what you left behind? Or did you forget..to forget

Come you home Peregrino...come you home and find it empty...ready to be filled joyfully with cups running over
With Mirth in your step,a twinkle in your speech ?

Open to the Way and let the Way be open to you Pilgrim on the Road

Very nice William very deep and thought provoking I really like reading insights like this. I thought from your initial banner headline 'whats out there' were you contemplating alien life? You may have encountered some on your previous Camino's but not life as we know it Jim

A single point of infinite possibilities.

That vanishing point where the road points...where it meets the horizon has every possibility contained..everything is possible..
The Key?
Free Will...same road...infinite outcomes.

Whats learned
Whats left behind
Whats brought home from the way,

My Camino was a different road...but a Way nonetheless.
Lost to the ways of the home turf..I had changed...while things stayed the same.

I was a stranger with strange customs to the ones left behind.

Mind opened to infinite possibilitys and free will....my ways are known by fellow travelers..mysterious to others..

Peregrinos come home changed..while home..isnt
That spark so vibrant and warm out..there..quickening and sharp,drawing the sap to the surface
Mearely old, sometimes painfull scars to be rubbed abd fretted over while home.

They who have gone out there have drunk from the cup of knowledge..have eaten of..what for some? Is forbidden fruit.
They know Freedom
