Where does the camino begin in Oviedo and where can I get a Credencial in Oviedo? Many thanks!

There is a bronze plate on the ground outside the cathedral which points the way on the Camino routes from Oviedo. I'm guessing this would be as "official" a start point as you'll get. No idea where to get a credencial, I'd guess the albergue or the cathedral.

The times for the Cámara Santa can be checked here. Pilgrims can visit the chapel itself for free with their credencial or pay to see the whole museum.
Credencial was available for those needing one and a sello.

Do a 'search nearby' for Tourist information.
