Shmuel Shoham,

The Gijon tourist office site states that "En las Oficinas de Turismo de InfoGijón puedes conseguir tu credencial para el Camino" , ie. they can provide you with a Credencial.

Buen Camino,

Margaret Meredith

If the tourist office in Gijon can't help, the hospitalero at the alberge in Aviles, which is at the end of the next days walking has credenciales.
